Butler of Opelika, AL; her brother-in-law Henry Gibson of Northport, FL; her grandchildren, Reverend D. L. Heard, Tron Heard, Brandon Dowdell, Narada Battle, Calvin J. Jackson, Kimberly Battle, Terrance Battle (Cameia), Asa Payne, Valexicia Hutchinson, Juwan Turk, Cornell Marquez Battle, Jr., Tywon Battle (Shayla), Janataka Battle, Martavious Cornell Battle and Jack Thomas (Felicia); and also, Dorothy Slaughter, Alfreda Cosby, Aneseia Slaughter, Atecia Slaughter, Stevie Slaughter, Mashaun Palmore, Dewanda Thomas, Shirley Finley, Carla Grimes, Lisa Harris, Rebecca Long, Tamela Brown, Ruby Thornton, Samantha Finley, East Alabama and Hospice Compassus. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
