He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Keith and Dorothy Cowen Keith; his grandparents, Pelham and Ruby Keith; and his great grandchild Whitley Conn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Glenda King (Kevin), Tammy Callaway and Amy Hill (Logan); and his brothers, Jesse Keith (Beverly) and Lamar Keith. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
