William is survived by: wife Jean Ragsdale of Oneonta; children, Tonya Lynn Ferguson of Springville, Shea Palmer of Trafford and William Keith Ragsdale of Locust Fork; brother Ray Ragsdale of Remlap; and nieces and nephews, Renee Armstrong, Paul Armstrong, Jeff Ragsdale and Angela Strickland. William is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
