He was predeceased by: his father Oliver Young; his stepmother Pearlie Young; his mother Blondell Alexander Young; his wife Reba Young; his brother Ralph Young; and his brother-in-law Lee Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Mack Young (Patti), Lori Brooks (Kendall) and Valerie Owen (Greg); his grandchildren, Katie Bryant (Justin), Megan Kelly (Easton), Will Young, Derek Owen (Kimberly), Daniel Owen, Adam Brooks (Arlene) and Mary Moody (Alan); his great grandchildren, Jackson Bryant, Harper Kelly, Mason Kelly, Ridley Owen, Adalyn Brooks, Ashlyn Brooks, Ethan Moody and Caleb Moody; his sister Betty Davis; and his sister-in-law Barbara Young.
