He was predeceased by: his son Carey Tidmore; his granddaughter Madison Tidmore; his brother Bailey Tidmore; and his parents, Rufus Tidmore and Herstene Bailey Tidmore.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Lowe Tidmore; his children, Jody Tidmore and Gina Butts (Jimbo); his grandsons, Tyler and Kade Butts; his sisters, Patsy Vickery and Alethea McCreless (Jeff); his sister-in-law Andree Walker; and his cousin Donna Lowe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
