He is survived by: his wife Margaret Stone Ryan; his children, Joyce Ryan Samples (Steve) and Rick Ryan; his grandchildren, John Samples (Laura), Stefani Samples, Jordan Ryan (Kayla), Jacob Ryan, Matthew Ryan and Megan Ryan; his great grandchild Alexa Zoe Ryan; and his sister Faye Alldredge.
