He was predeceased by: his wife Gertrude Aucoin Waggoner; his parents, Maurice Edward and Nina Bynum Waggoner; his sister Wilda Waggoner Green; and his brother-in-law Garvin Green.
He is survived by: his children, Lynda Waggoner Henderson (William) and Barry Matthew Waggoner (Amy); his grandchildren, Lauren Henderson Remley (Spencer), Katherine Henderson Outz (Dalton), Tinley Grace Waggoner and Brock Matthew Waggoner; his great grandchild Anne Peyton Remley; and his nieces, Cindi Green Woodall (Thomas) and Sherri Green Zito (Thomas).
