She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Tidwell; her parents, Benjamin Hedrick and Martha Gleason Hedrick; and her brothers, Kennith Hedrick, James Hedrick, Earnest Hedrick and Wayne Hedrick.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Tidwell (Brenda), David Tidwell (Penny), Jim Tidwell (Rhonda) and Linda Smith (Everett); her grandchildren, Bobby Tidwell (Stacie), Stacey Gladden (Johnny), Ryan Tidwell (Chrissy), Autumn Lowros (Tyler), Ashley Fox (Phillip) and Keith Tidwell (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Tyler Tidwell, Conner Harris, Sydney Stewart, Adelyn Lowros, Forbes Fox, Darby Lowros, Finley Fox, Jase Tidwell and Lillee Tidwell; and her brother-in-law Jack Tidwell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Blount County Quilters Guild or to Mountain Chapel Church.
