It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Velma Jackson Harvey of Oneonta, Alabama, who passed away on July 27, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Jackson and Fannie McCay Jackson; her daughter Sally Ruden; and her siblings, Ralph, Leon, Wayne Jackson, Mildred Smith, Dorothy Garrard and Doris Wilson.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Harvey; her children, Cindy Parks (Ron) and Fred Harvey (Patricia); her son-in-law Warren Ruden; her grandchildren, Andrew Parks (Katie), Ben Parks (Sara), Jordan Parks, Lauren Parks, Brad Harvey, Steven Harvey, Julianna Keith (Seth) and Taylor Ruden; and her brothers, Ray and Jerry Jackson. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
