He is survived by: his parents, John Payne and Lynne Payne; his siblings, Tarrant Payne, Candice Payne and LaShonda Martin (Courtney); and his grandmother Albertine Bothwell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lemley Funeral Chapel (6878 2nd Ave W, Oneonta, AL 35121). The lying in state will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bethlehem Methodist (623 Washington Ave W, Oneonta, AL 35121). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
