She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Green and Bernice Green; and her brother Nelson Green. She is survived by: her husband Ed Evatt; her children, Keli Smith (Wesley), Holly Evatt (Josh Daily) and P. J. Evatt; her granddaughter Aubrey Smith; and her sister Nancy Green.
