She is survived by: her mother Madie Holt Cook; her children, Misty Gaskin (Keith) and Randel Cook; her grandchildren, Amber, Alex, Ethan, Andrew and Gunner Cook; her great grandchild Liam Mason; and her siblings, Dannie Blackwood, Barney Blackwood, Jim Blackwood and Cindy McCay. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
