She is survived by: her children, Frank "Jack" Sloan, Jr. (Cathy) and Susan Sloan Johnson (Barry); her grandchildren, Barry Michael Johnson (Brooke), Stephen Frank Johnson (Andrea) and Rebecca Sloan Praytor (Chance); and her great grandchildren, Teagan Johnson, Tate Johnson, Paisley Johnson, Luke Johnson and Frank Praytor.
