She was predeceased by: her husband George Wayne Duke; her stepson William Earl Duke; her parents, Flora Ellen McCay Armstrong and Alfred Floyd Branham; her stepfather Alfred Taylor Armstrong; and her sister Minnie Jane Branham.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Duke Maddox (Ronnie) and Patricia "Patty" Sue Duke; her stepsons, George Wayne "Buddy" Duke (Kaye) and Samuel Hoyt Duke; her grandchildren, Bradly Taylor Maddox, Christopher Lynn Duke, McKenzie Raye Maddox and Stephen Luis Duke; and her sister Doris Lewis (Dewey). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Fresenius Kidney Care.
