He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Hugh and Shirley J. Mize Smith. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Smith (Tonia Richey), Stephanie Smith, Jessica Faulkner (Ryan) and Jasmine Johnson (David); his grandchildren, Summer, Christian, Trinity, Jordan, Abigail, McKenzie and Kindle; his great grandchild Amelia Ruth Lackey; and his siblings, Michael Smith (Tammy) and Connie Tuck (Jim).
