He is survived by: his daughter Macy Milner; his parents, Charles Sr. Milner and Esther Daily Milner; his siblings, Charles David Milner, Charles Milner Jr. (Crystal), Denise Quinn and Brenda Swiney; his nieces and nephews, Chasity Phillips (Josh), Ashton Quick (Sabastion Totherow), James Swiney, Trea Hathcock and Austin Milner; his aunt Betty Milner; and his cousins, Jessie and Jason Williams.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lemley Funeral Chapel (6878 2nd Ave W, Oneonta, AL 35121). A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
