She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howard and Joyce Fortenberry Green; her granddaughter Alicia Miller Johnson; and her brother Gary Green. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Hawkins; her children, Valerie Bryan and Scott Sullivan (Kelley); her grandchildren, Dustin Miller, Vallen Feagle, Chas Bryan, Garrett Sullivan and Gavin Sullivan; and her siblings, Johnny Green, Janie Tatro (Leonard), Betty Harkins and June McCluskey (Danny). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
