He was predeceased by: his parents, James Charles and Betty Fenley. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Fenley, Scott Fenley (Pam) and Dana Whaley (Star Dooley). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lemley Funeral Chapel (6878 2nd Ave W, Oneonta, AL 35121). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
