He was predeceased by: his father James Michael Mills. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Cartledge Collins (Tommy); his children, Michael Scott Mills, Jr. (Brittany), Preston Andrew Mills, Ashley Nicole Mills, Taylor Marie Mills and Kimber Leann Mills; his sister Christy Kaye Mills Hollis; and his granddaughters, Sophia Kai Witcher and Olivia Rose White.
