He was predeceased by: his parents, Orby Quarles and Yvonne Causey Quarles; and his sister Debra Quarles. He is survived by: his wife Rita Hicks Quarles; his brother Bobby Quarles (Allison); his niece Jessica Howalnd; and his great-nieces, Adalynn and Charlotte Howland.
