He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Ellis Boothe (James); his grandchildren, James Michael Ellis, Hunter Lee Boothe and Jakob Ryan Boothe; his great grandchild Avery James Ellis; and his pet Nick "Saban" Ellis. He is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
