He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Mize; his son Frank Mize; and his brother Lawrence Mize. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Mize (Cindy) and Jason Mize (Rhonda); and his grandchildren, Cody Mize and Casey Mize (Tali).
