She was predeceased by: her father Roy Dalton Quinn. She is survived by: her husband Jose Zavala; her children, Mattie Grace Zavala, Alma Hernandez, Alvin Alvarado and Aden Alvarado; her sisters, Tresea Fountain (Joe) and Wendy Rivera (Armando); and her mother Tonie Quinn.
