He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Putman and Carolyn Nash Putman. He is survived by: his wife Yia Elizabeth Putman; his children, Allyson Elizabeth Putman, Caleb Alexander Putman, Josh Brown, Jerin Price and Jenna Fernandez; his grandchildren, Brayden Dante Putman, Kayleigh Grace Putman, Chloe Fernandez and Minnie Nash; the mother of his children Sheri Murtaugh; and his siblings, Stephanie Putman, Micah Putman and Isreal Putman. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
