She is survived by: her husband Don Richard Curtis; her children, Tabetha Curtis (Michael), Frank Silva, Ricky Curtis (Martha), Kim Kay (Doyle), Jeff Curtis (Anita), Cindy Garrison (Ronnie), Donna Quintal (Bob), Terri Smith, Tammy Shoffner (Johnny) and Joy Smith; her grandchildren, Isaac Curtis, Charity Curtis, Addie, Sean Curtis, Jonah Curtis, Ethan Silva, Cameron Silva, Justin Curtis, Jenna Curtis, Julia Black (Grant), Tiffany Winn (Kody), Jarett Kay, Heather Hailey (Bo), Devin Curtis (Shannon), Jada Reaves (Morgan), Kaitlin Vaughn (Alex), Trevor Curtis, Isaiah Curtis, Corey Curtis, Cheyann Marie, Christian Collum (Yuliana), Micah Collum, Caleb Collum (Abbi), Brianna Powell, Brady Garrison and Samuel Garrison; her siblings, Cheryl Semmones (Howard), Roy Harrington (Eva), Diane Harrington, Donna Harrington, Kathy Moore (Scott), Chris Harrington (Paula) and Stacey Harrington; and her sister-in-law Barbara Harrington. She is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews; a host of other family members and friends.
