She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Stone and Jessie Lee Morris Stone; her husband W. C. "Jack" Ryan; and her son Denis Ryan. She is survived by: her children, Joyce Samples (Steve) and Rick Ryan; her grandchildren, John Samples (Laura), Stefani Samples, Jordan Ryan (Kayla), Jacob Ryan, Matthew Ryan (Alie) and Megan Ryan; her great grandchildren, Alexea Ryan and Ness Ryan; and her sister Ruth "Biddle" Matteo. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
