She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Thomas and Lillie Mae Lowe Strickland; her husband Jimmie Smith; her granddaughter Madison Rose Tidmore; and her siblings, Patricia Ann Wadsworth and Thomas Ed Strickland.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Eugene "Gene" Ellsworth (Karen) and Rehea Ellsworth Todd (Jimmy); her siblings, Ray Strickland (Frances) and Glenda Horsley (Jerald); and her grandsons, Christopher E. Ellsworth, Anthony Ryan Ellsworth, Timothy Randall Moody and Colby M. Ellsworth. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
