He is survived by: his wife Paulett Alexander Cook; his children, Jennifer Green (Kevin), Rita Dodd, Jimmy Cook (Cari) and Clayton Dodd (Sandy); and his sister Janice Copeland. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
