It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Lyman Atkinson (Oneonta, Alabama), who passed away on May 27, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Atkinson and Hazel Atkinson; his sister Judy Blakely; and his grandparents, Robert Madison, Fannie Mae Champion, James Marion and Hettie Esther Atkinson.
He is survived by: his wife Regina Lynn Atkinson; his children, Jennifer Lynn Walker (Brent Bender), Amy Atkinson Fisher (Robert) and Michael Lee Atkinson (Jaimie); his granddaughter Sophie Reese Fisher; and his siblings, Patricia Bryson (Buck), Larry Atkinson (Sharlene) and Jimmy Atkinson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
