He is survived by: his children, Jerry Sanderson, Jr. (Susan) and Kelly Barnes; his grandchildren, John Thomas Kearley, IV (Allison), Haley Barnes, Dakota Sanderson (Stacy), Hannah Sanderson and Sarah Sanderson; and his sister Jo Ellan Bjurman (Johnny).
