She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Fendley (Scott), Julie Endress (John) and Melanie Hawkins; her grandchildren, Collin Endress, Tanner Endress, Brody Hawkins, Addison Endress and Emily Fendley; and her brother-in-law Johnny Jackson.
