He is survived by: his wife Eva Darlene Milner of Oneonta; his sons, James Wayne Milner of Oneonta, Stanley Allen Milner of Oneonta and Marvin Lonnie Milner, II of Oneonta; and his siblings, Donna Casey of Snead, Charles Milner (Ester) of Georgia, Betty Milner of Cullman and Johnny Milner of Alexander City.
