He is survived by: his wife Faye Ann Cain Needham; his children, James David Needham, Jr. (Miranda) of Oneonta, Lacey Hamilton (Eric) of Locust Fork and Shawna Needham of Oneonta; his stepsons, Bobby Matthews (Shelly) of Altoona, Chris Owens (Amanda) of Springville and Shane Owens (Pricilla) of Oneonta; and his sisters, Roxanne Bagby (Terry) of Concord and Cheryl Sheffield (Louie) of Pinson. He is also survived by nieces nephews and friends.
