With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Alton Durbin of Oneonta, Alabama, who passed away on March 9, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Geneva Richey Durbin McCay; his stepfather Ralph McCay; his stepdaughter Sonya Lynne Hathcock; and his brother Marlon McCay. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Keener Durbin; his children, Lisa Durbin Raymond (Russel), Kim Durbin Boyd (Keith) and James Brandon Durbin; his stepchildren, Tammy Faris (Milton) and Barry Rogers (Mary Chris); and his siblings, Buford McCay, Roger McCay and Fretta Fendley. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
