He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Laranda Baldwin Daily; his parents, Homer Daily and Rethy Lawson Daily; and his siblings, R. F. Daily, Paul Daily and Homer Lee Daily.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia "Cindy" Bice (Charles) and Timothy Daily; his grandchildren, Hayden Bice and Hanna Daily; and his sibling Gene F. Daily (Doris). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
