He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Nell Ferguson Lovell; his parents, Hugh Cole, Sr. and Valentine Chalvet Lovell; and his siblings, Ralph Creel, Adrian Lovell, Louise Counts, Margaret Lovell and Mildred Hyden.
He is survived by: his daughter Denise Faust (Bruce); his grandsons, Jason (Beth) and Evan Faust (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Sara Beth and Abby Faust; and his sister Mary Pratt Blankenhorn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lemley Funeral Chapel (6878 2nd Ave W, Oneonta, AL 35121). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
