She is survived by: her children, Bobby Ray Smith (Kay), Janice Smith Wilson (Perry "Skip") and Donald Eugene Smith (Princess); and her grandchildren, Amanda Cave, Theresa Kirkwood (Freddie), Brandi Rowe, Angel Smith Hopkins, Josie Smith, Donald W. Smith, Jessica Smith, Donald Leggett (Angie), Wesley Leggett and Amy Leggett.
