He is survived by: his parents, Traci Crutchfield (Chaz) and Jeremy Curtis; his siblings, Jacob Curtis and Emma Curtis; his grandparents, Chris Barnett, Anndora Barnett, Leasa Baba, Mickey Baba and Valerie Barnett; and his aunts and uncles, Crystal Mendoza, Brandy Curtis, Brandi Neideken, Christopher Rogers, Henry Dean Lynn and Mitchell Taylor.
