He is survived by: his wife Sheila Yarbrough; his granddaughters, Ashlee Yarbrough, Shelby Rogers (Drew) and Olivia Yarbrough; his great grandchildren, Asher Brown, Boston Brown and Kinsley Holt; his siblings, Gayle Nell Knight, Bobby Jean Smith and Rusty Vardaman (Dannah); his cousin Gary Bice; and his close friend Wiley Doss. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
