With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Daniel Joseph Harris Jr. of Oneonta, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 30, 2024 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Joseph, Sr. and Mary R. Limbaugh Harris; and his sister Mary R. Isham. He is survived by: his children, Shane Harris (Tanesha), Jessica Harris (Ben Brown) and Tessa Jennings (Alvin); his grandchildren, Aniyah, Alycia, Isaiah, Aalina, Ashanti, Alayzhia, Aeriol, Allen, Hezeki, Ayanna, Elijah and Aalyiah; his great grandchildren, Cashton, Amyla and Forest; and his brother Jonathan Harris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holiness Church (12025 AL-160, Hayden, AL 35079). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
