He is survived by: his parents, James Edward "Jamey" Phillips and Carol Hicks Phillips; his siblings, Samuel Phillips and Alayna Coffey (Alex); and his grandparents, N. C. and Virginia Fay Hicks. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
