He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Gail" Sloan; his children, David Sloan, Kay Landrum, Renee Smith (Jimmy Denny) and Regina Hall; and his sister Lela Logan. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
