He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Chatham and Sammie Rawls Chatham; and his sister Betty Bentley. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Chatham; his children, Carla Hinston (Ray), Joel Chatham (Vicky) and Mike Chatham (Ellen); his stepson Dana Chamblee (Shelley); his grandchildren, Stephen Chatham, Christin Poley (Todd), Brian Chatham (Leslie), Michael Chatham (Ellyn), Whitney Nesmith (Eric), Josh Chatham (Madison), Mackenzie Hintson and Elena Chamblee; and his brother-in-law Dedrick Bentley.
