She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Kyle and Geraldine Kyle; and her siblings, Gary Kyle (Sam), Loretta Brown (Feen), Katrina Wilkerson, Ben Polk and Peggy Ann Elliott.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy Alexander; her children, Anthony Polk, Shawn Alexander, Adidas Byers and Twila White (Devon); her granddaughter Yolanda Kyle; her siblings, Woodson Kyle (Kimberly), Joel Kyle (Mary) and Jeanette Russell; her sisters-in-law, Priscilla Byers (Louis) and Ruthie Carol Alexander Floyd; her aunt Betty Kyle (Harvey); and her uncle James Lee Singletery (Daisy). She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
The lying in state was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Oneonta (300 3rd Ave E, Oneonta, AL 35121). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
