She is survived by: her husband A. C. Waters; her daughters, Cindy Nieder and Melissa Schultz (Kem); her grandchildren, Kailey Schultz, Matthew Schultz and Jada Nieder; and her siblings, Charles Richard Holloway, Billy Morris Holloway (Sara) and Rebecca Ann Cooper. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
