He is survived by: his wife Sue Blackwood Edwards; his son Scott Alan Edwards (Cindy); his grandchildren, Britney Smith (Chad) and Anthony Edwards; and his siblings, Betty Hudson, Carolyn Blackmon (Rex), Ann Tawbush (Dan) and Phillip Edwards.
