It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Atlas Boyer of Oneonta, Alabama, who passed away on January 23, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Noland Pridmore and Annie Pearl Hughes Pridmore; her son Charles Jerome Gildon (Jerry); and her siblings, Hughes Preston Pridmore, Lorene P. Thrasher and Annie Ruth Ponds.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Murphy Gildon; her son Glenn Burton Gildon; her brother James Hubert Pridmore (Mary); her grandson Jeb Gildon (Brooke); her daughter-in-law Terre Gildon (Jerry); her grandchildren, Myndall G. Delcamp (Dennis), Alyson G. Irby (Adam) and Jordan Taylor Gildon (Megan); and her great grandchildren, Ella, Elijah Delcamp, Zayne, Wyatt Irby and Glenn Gildon.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Beersheba Cumberland Presbyterian Church ministries.
