She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Ray Hallmark; her great grandchild Aubry Russell; and her brother Wayne Peoples. She is survived by: her sons, Terry Hallmark (Marilyn), Jeff Hallmark (Tawanna), Tim Hallmark (Deb) and Tommy Hallmark (Mamie); and her siblings, Mamie Jo Loudermilk, Dorothy Higginbotham and Bill Peoples. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Pine Mountain Community Church or to the Blount County Education Foundation Fund.
