She is survived by: her husband Randall Hulsey; her sons, Nathaniel James Smith and Haden Louis McDuffie; her stepsons, Floyd Randall Hulsey Jr. (Summer) and Jimmy Charles Hulsey (Crystal); her father Jerry; her stepmother Jane Duncan; her siblings, Jo Ann Griffin (Simeon), John Daniel Duncan (Carol) and Jimmy Wayne Duncan (Melonie Chappell); and her cousin Punk Punk. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, several other cousins and several nieces and nephews.
