He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Oran Bryant; his parents, Fred Bryant and Mattie Bryant; and his siblings, Robert Bryant and Lou Ellen Nunnelly.
He is survived by: his daughter Deca Bryant Ellis (David); his granddaughters, Mary Lou McBee (Chase) and Ginny Ruth French (Josh); his great grandchildren, Boone McBee, Slade McBee and Mattie Ruth French; and his close friend Rita Francis Whitehead of Jacksonville Alabama.
